We offer a cozy studio at Bstay. The space is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and a double bed, as well as a full private bathroom. You have access to a modern gym and a pay-per-use laundry room. This studio is located in downtown Rio de Janeiro, close to several tourist attractions and with easy access to public transportation.

Our property is located in a residential building. We provide complete linens and basic hygiene and kitchen items, but we do not replace these items during your stay.

Welcome to Send Rio! You’ll be staying in the heart of Rio de Janeiro—a strategic location that makes exploring the city convenient, comfortable, and rich in culture.

The apartment offers easy access to the metro and the VLT (light rail) system, with the Cinelândia station just a 5-minute walk away. You’ll also be close to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and major tourist attractions. The building is located just 650 meters from the U.S. Consulate and approximately 1.8 km from Santos Dumont Airport (SDU).

Essential Information:

• Timing: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 12:00 PM.

• Parking: The building does not have parking facilities. If you are arriving by car, we recommend looking for street parking or nearby parking garages.

• Noise: Please be aware that you may experience some noise during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). This may be due to renovation work within the building or construction in the surrounding area.

• Residential Building: Please note that this is not a hotel—it is a cozy, fully furnished apartment.

Hosting parties or events in the building, smoking inside the apartment, flushing toilet paper down the toilet, dragging furniture, using glue, lighting candles or incense, applying stickers, or scattering rose petals is strictly prohibited. Misuse of the unit or any damage caused may result in additional charges.

Guests are not permitted to receive visitors—either in the building or within the apartment—nor is it allowed to change the registered guests during the stay.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the payment of a fee (BRL 200).
