Essential Guidelines:

• Timing: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 12:00 PM.

• Documentation: To grant you access, we require a copy of a photo ID (such as a national ID card, driver’s license, or passport), along with the date of birth and CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry number) for all guests. This is a mandatory requirement for the building’s security.

• Your Access Details: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you your apartment number, door access code, and Wi-Fi details via message. Everything will be ready for your arrival! • Visitors: As this is a residential condominium, visitors are not permitted during your stay. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and tranquility of all residents.

• Need help? The building’s front desk/concierge team handles general building matters. If you have any questions or need assistance with the apartment, please contact our concierge directly—we are here to help!

• Luggage: Please do not leave your luggage in the entrance or any common areas of the building. Kindly keep all items inside your apartment to ensure everything remains secure and organized.

• A healthy environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If it is determined that smoking has occurred inside the apartment, additional charges for specialized cleaning may apply.

Important information:

• Parking: The building does not provide parking. If you are arriving by car, we recommend looking for street parking or nearby public parking facilities.

• Care for the apartment: Should anything break or become damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged items.

• Don’t leave anything behind! Before checking out, please take a final look around the apartment to ensure you haven’t forgotten any personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind.

• Regarding noise: Please be aware that there may be noise during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). This noise may result from renovation work in other units within the building or from construction projects nearby.
