Our property is located in a residential building. We provide complete linens and basic hygiene and kitchen items, but we do not replace these items during your stay.
Visitors are not allowed in the building or the apartment during your entire stay.
To access the apartment, after confirming your reservation, you must send a document containing a photo, date of birth and CPF or passport of the people who will be staying, for release in the building.

Essential Information:
• Schedule: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
• Documentation: To grant you access, we require a copy of a photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, or Passport), date of birth, and CPF (tax ID) for all guests. This is mandatory for building security.
• Access Details: On the morning of your arrival, we will message you the apartment number, door code, and Wi-Fi details. Everything will be ready for you!
• Visitors: As this is a residential building, visitors are not permitted during your stay. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and tranquility of all residents. • Need Help? The front desk team handles general building matters. If you have any questions or needs regarding the apartment, please contact our Concierge directly—we are here to help!
• Your Luggage: Please do not leave luggage at the front desk or in common areas. Keep all belongings inside the apartment to ensure safety and orderliness.
• A Healthy Environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the unit may result in additional charges for special cleaning.
Important Information:
• Parking: The building does not have on-site parking; however, paid parking options are available nearby.
• Care for the Apartment: If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused.
• Don't Forget Anything! Upon check-out, please do a final sweep of the rooms to ensure nothing has been left behind. We cannot be held responsible for forgotten belongings.
• Noise: Please be aware that there may be noise during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). This noise may come from renovations in other apartments within the building or from nearby construction work.
