Important to clarify that we are not a hotel – this is a furnished and cozy apartment, perfect for short and medium-term stays in a residential building.

Essential Guidelines:

• Check-in: Check-in is available from 3 PM, and we ask that check-out be done by 12 PM.

• Documentation: For the concierge to grant you access, we need you to send a copy of a photo ID (ID card, driver's license, or passport), date of birth, and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) of all guests. This is mandatory for condominium security reasons.

• Your Credentials: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the apartment number, door code, and Wi-Fi details via message. Everything is ready for you!

• Visitors: As this is a residential condominium, visitors are not allowed during your stay. This rule exists to ensure the safety and peace of all residents.

• Need Help? The concierge team takes care of general building needs. If you have any questions or needs related to the apartment, please contact our Concierge directly – we are here to help!

• Your Luggage: We ask that you do not leave luggage at the reception or in common areas of the building. Store everything in the apartment – this way it is safer and more organized. But if needed, the building's reception area authorizes it for 4 hours, free of charge.

• Healthy Environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If there is smoking in the space, there may be additional charges for special cleaning.

Important Information:

• Parking: The building does not have parking. If you come by car, we recommend looking for parking spaces on the street or in nearby garages.

• Apartment Care: If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for reimbursing the damages caused.

• Don't Forget Anything! When checking out, take one last walk through the rooms to check that you haven't left anything behind. We cannot be held responsible for forgotten belongings.

• Regarding Noise: Please be advised that the apartment may experience noise during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm). This noise may originate from construction work in other apartments in the building or from adjacent constructions.
