It is important to note that we are not a hotel. This is a cozy, fully furnished apartment, perfect for short- and mid-term stays in a residential building.

**Essential Guidelines:**

• **Check-in & Check-out:** Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.

• **Guest Documentation:** To authorize access at the front desk, we require a copy of a valid photo ID (Brazilian ID, driver's license, or passport), date of birth, and CPF number for all guests. This information is mandatory for the building's security procedures.

• **Your Access Details:** On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the apartment number, door access code, and Wi-Fi details by message. Everything will be ready for you!

• **Visitors:** As this is a residential building, visitors are not permitted during your stay. This rule helps ensure the safety and peace of all residents.

• **Need Help?** The front desk team handles general building matters. For any questions or assistance related to the apartment, please contact our Concierge directly — we're here to help!

• **Your Luggage:** Please do not leave luggage at the front desk or in the building's common areas. Keep all belongings inside the apartment for greater safety and organization.

• **Smoke-Free Environment:** The apartment is 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the property may result in additional charges for special cleaning.

**Important Information:**

• **Parking:** The building does not have parking facilities. If you are arriving by car, we recommend looking for street parking or nearby parking garages.

• **Taking Care of the Apartment:** If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know. Guests are responsible for reimbursing the cost of any damage caused.

• **Don't Leave Anything Behind!** Before checking out, please take one final look around the apartment to make sure you haven't forgotten any personal belongings. We cannot be held responsible for items left behind.

• **Noise Notice:** Please note that the apartment may be subject to noise during business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). Noise may come from renovation work in other apartments within the building or from nearby construction.
