• Access Details: On the morning of your arrival, we will message you the apartment number, door code, and Wi-Fi details. Everything will be ready for you!

• Visitors: As this is a residential building, visitors are not permitted during your stay. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and tranquility of all residents. • Need Help? • Parking: The building does not have on-site parking; however, paid parking options are available nearby.

• Care for the Apartment: If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused.

• Don't Forget Anything! Upon check-out, please do a final sweep of the rooms to ensure nothing has been left behind. We cannot be held responsible for forgotten belongings.

• Noise: Please be aware that there may be noise during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). This noise may come from renovations in other apartments within the building or from nearby construction work.
