You'll be just a few meters from the Vila Mariana Metro Station, close to restaurants, cafes, markets, gyms, and various leisure options. The building is brand new, with a modern structure and common areas that make a difference in your daily life, including a gym, lounge, panoramic terrace, and security.

For your convenience, the reception is open 24 hours a day, ensuring peace of mind at any time of arrival.

Essential Guidelines:

• Hours: Check-in is available from 3 PM, and we ask that check-out be done by 12 PM.

• 24-hour Reception: To communicate, simply call 99 or send a message via WhatsApp to +55 11 97897-1778.

• Documentation: For the reception to grant you access, we need you to send a copy of a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), date of birth, and CPF of all guests. This is mandatory for condominium security reasons.

• Your Credentials: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you your apartment number, door code, and Wi-Fi details via message. Everything is ready for you! DELIVERY ROOM Service: Intended only for receiving mail and small packages, with mandatory collection within 24 hours.

• Visitors: As this is a residential condominium, receiving visitors during your stay is not permitted. This rule exists to guarantee the safety and tranquility of all residents.

• Your Luggage: We ask that you do not leave luggage at the reception or in common areas of the building. Store everything in the apartment – ​​this way it is safer and more organized.

• Healthy Environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If smoking occurs in the space, there may be additional charges for special cleaning. • Garbage Disposal: Located on the ground floor, near the condominium service area. Collection is carried out every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Household waste must be properly packaged in a plastic bag. No waste disposal allowed.

• Parking: The building does not have parking. If you come by car, we recommend looking for street parking or nearby garages.

Important Information:

• Vend Perto Mini-Market: Located on the ground floor, where you can shop.

• Bicycle Parking: Located on the ground floor and limited to 1 bicycle per unit, only for long-term residents, upon registration at the reception.

• Heated Swimming Pool: Located on the ground floor, open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except from 12:00 PM on Tuesdays, and all day on Wednesdays, which are reserved for maintenance and water treatment.

• Gourmet Terrace/Barbecue Area: Located on the 1st floor. Available only to long-term residents, upon reservation through the portal/website 3 days in advance, for up to 40 guests, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Shared OMO Laundry: Located on the 4th floor, it already has soap and fabric softener; just follow the instructions. Open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Gym: Equipped and located on the 4th floor, open from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Student Living: On the 4th floor, open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• Apartment Care: If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of any damage caused.

• Don't Forget Anything! When checking out, take one last look around the rooms to check that you haven't left anything behind. We cannot be held responsible for forgotten belongings.

• Regarding Noise: Please note that the apartment may experience noise during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). These noises may originate from construction work in other apartments in the building or from adjacent constructions.
