Essential Guidelines:

• Hours: Check-in is available from 3 PM, and we ask that check-out be done by 12 PM.

• Documentation: For the reception to grant you access, we need you to send a copy of a photo ID (ID card, driver's license, or passport), date of birth, and... CPF (Brazilian tax ID) of all guests. This is mandatory for condominium security reasons.

• Your Credentials: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the apartment number, door code, and Wi-Fi details via message. Everything is ready for you!

• Visitors: As this is a residential condominium, visitors are not allowed during your stay. This rule exists to ensure the safety and peace of all residents.

• Need Help? The concierge team handles general building needs. If you have any questions or needs related to the apartment, please contact our Concierge directly – we are here to help!

• Your Luggage: We ask that you do not leave luggage at the entrance or in common areas of the building. Store everything in the apartment – ​​this way it is safer and more organized.

• Healthy Environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If smoking occurs in the space, there may be additional charges for special cleaning.

• Parking: The building does not have parking. If you are coming by car, we recommend looking for parking spaces on the street. or in nearby garages.
