• Documentation: In order for the reception to free your access, we require that you send a copy of an identity document with photo (RG, CNH or passport), birth date and CPF (Physical Personal Identification Number) of all guests. This is mandatory for condominium security reasons.

• Your Credentials: Once checked, we will send the apartment number, door code and Wi-Fi details by message. Everything will be soon for you! • Visitors: As this is a residential condominium, visitors are not allowed during your stay. This rule exists to guarantee the safety and security of all residents.

• Do you need help? The portaria team takes care of the general needs of the property. If you have any questions or need help with your apartment, contact us directly as our concierge – we are here to help!

• Your baggage: We ask that you do not leave your baggage at the entrance or in the common areas of the property. Store your entire apartment – ​​making it safer and more organized.

• Safe environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If it is confirmed that there is smoking in the apartment, additional taxes may be charged for special cleaning. Important information:

• Parking: The property does not have parking. If you need a car, we recommend that you look for parking on the street or in nearby parking lots.

• Apartment care: If something breaks or is damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for reimbursement of any damages caused. • Don't miss out on anything! When you check out, take a last look at the apartment to verify that nothing is outlined. We are not responsible for missing belongings.

• Regarding noise: We inform you that the apartment may experience noise during business hours (second to sixth, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.). These noises may come from construction work in other apartments on the property or from adjacent constructions.
