We offer a cozy studio at Bstay. The space is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and a double bed, as well as a full private bathroom. You have access to a modern gym and a pay-per-use laundry room. This studio is located in downtown Rio de Janeiro, close to several tourist attractions and with easy access to public transportation.

Our property is located in a residential building. We provide complete linens and basic hygiene and kitchen items, but we do not replace these items during your stay.

The property is just 650 meters from the U.S. Consulate and approximately 1.8 km from Santos Dumont Airport (SDU).

It's important to clarify that we are not a hotel – this is a furnished and cozy apartment, perfect for short and medium-term stays in a residential building.

Essential Guidelines:

• Check-in: Check-in is available from 3 PM, and we request that check-out be done by 12 PM.

• Documentation: For the concierge to grant you access, we need you to send a copy of a photo ID (ID card, driver's license, or passport), date of birth, and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) for all guests. This is mandatory for condominium security reasons.

• Your Credentials: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the apartment number, door code, and Wi-Fi details via message. Everything is ready for you!

• Visitors: As this is a residential condominium, visitors are not allowed during your stay. This rule exists to ensure the safety and peace of all residents.

• Need Help? The concierge team handles general building matters. If you have any questions or needs related to the apartment, please contact our Concierge directly – we are here to help!

• Your Luggage: Please do not leave luggage at the reception or in common areas of the building. Store everything in the apartment – this way it is safer and more organized.

• Healthy Environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If smoking occurs in the space, there may be additional charges for special cleaning.

Important Information:

• Parking: The building does not have parking. If you are coming by car, we recommend looking for parking spaces on the street or in nearby garages.

• Apartment Care: If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of any damage caused.

• Don't Forget Anything! When checking out, take one last walk through the rooms to check that you haven't left anything behind. We cannot be held responsible for forgotten belongings.

• Regarding Noise: Please note that the apartment may experience noise during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm). These noises may originate from construction work in other apartments in the building or from adjacent constructions.
