### Essential Guidelines

**• Check-in & Check-out:** Check-in is available from **3:00 PM**, and check-out must be completed by **12:00 PM (noon)**.

**• Guest Registration:** To authorize access through the building’s front desk, we require a copy of a valid photo ID (ID card, driver’s license, or passport), date of birth, and CPF number for all guests, when applicable. This information is required for building security.

**• Access Information:** On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the **apartment number, door access code, and Wi-Fi details**.

**• Visitors:** As this is a residential building, visitors are not permitted during your stay. This policy helps ensure the security and comfort of all residents.

**• Need Assistance?** The front desk team handles general building matters. For any questions or assistance related to the apartment, please contact our **Concierge team** directly. We’ll be happy to assist you.

**• Luggage:** Please do not leave luggage at the front desk or in the building’s common areas. All belongings must be kept inside the apartment for security and organization.

**• Smoke-Free Property:** The apartment is **100% smoke-free**. Smoking inside may result in additional charges for special cleaning.

### Important Information

**• Parking:** The building does not offer parking. If you are arriving by car, there are parking options nearby, including the 24-hour Carrefour parking facility approximately **300 meters away**.

**• Damages:** Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged during your stay. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused to the property.

**• Personal Belongings:** Before checking out, please take a final look around the apartment to make sure you haven’t left anything behind. We cannot be held responsible for forgotten belongings.

**• Noise:** Please be aware that some noise may occur during business hours — **Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM**. Noise may come from renovation work in other apartments or construction in neighboring buildings.
