Important: For your safety and to expedite your arrival, the building requires pre-registration for all guests. Once your reservation is confirmed, please send a photo of each person's ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport).

Please note that we are not a hotel; this is a furnished and comfortable apartment, ideal for short to medium-length stays in a residential building.

Essential Rules:

• Check-in: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

• Documentation: To grant you access, we require a copy of a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), the date of birth, and the Brazilian Tax Identification Number (CPF) for all guests. This is mandatory for building security purposes.

• Your credentials: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the apartment number, access code, and Wi-Fi connection details via text message. Everything is ready for you!

• Visitors: As this is a residential condominium, visitors are not allowed during your stay. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all residents.

• Need help? The concierge team takes care of the building's general needs. If you have any questions or need anything related to the apartment, please contact our concierge directly. We are here to help!

• Your luggage: We kindly ask that you do not leave your luggage at reception or in the building's common areas. Please store everything in the apartment; this will keep you safer and more organized.

• Healthy environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If smoking occurs in the apartment, additional special cleaning fees will apply.

Important information:

• Parking: The building does not have parking. If you are arriving by car, we recommend looking for street parking or parking in nearby garages.

• Apartment care: If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for any damage caused.

• Don't forget anything! Upon check-out, please check the rooms one last time to ensure you haven't left anything behind. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

• Regarding noise: Please note that the apartment may experience noise during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). This noise may originate from construction work in other apartments in the building or from adjacent buildings.
