It is important to note that this space is a furnished and cozy residential apartment, designed for short and medium-term stays, and does not operate as a traditional hotel.

Essential Guidelines:

• Hours: Check-in is available from 3 PM and we request that check-out be done by 12 PM.

• Documentation: For the reception to grant you access, we need you to send a copy of a photo ID (RG, CNH or passport), date of birth and CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) of all guests. This is mandatory for building security reasons.

• Your Credentials: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the apartment number, door code, and Wi-Fi details via message. Everything will be ready for you!

• Visitors: As this is a residential building, visitors are not allowed during your stay. This rule exists to ensure the safety and peace of all residents.

• Need Help? The concierge team takes care of the building's general needs. If you have any questions or need help with the apartment, please contact our concierge directly – we are here to help!

• Your Luggage: We ask that you do not leave your luggage at the entrance or in the building's common areas. Store everything in the apartment – this way it is safer and more organized.

• Healthy Environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. If it is found that smoking has occurred in the apartment, additional charges may apply for special cleaning.

Important Information:

• Parking: The building does not have parking. If you are coming by car, we recommend looking for parking spaces on the street or in nearby parking lots.

• Apartment care: If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please let us know. You will be responsible for reimbursing any damage caused.

• Don't forget anything! When checking out, take one last look around the apartment to make sure you haven't forgotten anything. We are not responsible for forgotten belongings.

• Regarding noise: Please note that the apartment may be noisy during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays, 8 am to 12 pm). This noise may come from construction work in other apartments in the building or from adjacent constructions.
