Our property is located in a residential building. We provide complete linens and basic hygiene and kitchen items, but we do not replace these items during your stay.

Visitors are not allowed in the building or the apartment during your entire stay.

To access the apartment, after confirming your reservation, you must send a document containing a photo, date of birth and CPF or passport of the people who will be staying, for release in the building.

Essential Information:

• Schedule: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

• Documentation: To grant you access, we require a copy of a photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, or Passport), date of birth, and CPF (tax ID) for all guests. This is a mandatory requirement for the building's security.

• Your Access Details: On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the apartment number, door access code, and Wi-Fi details via message. Everything will be ready for you!

• Visitors: As this is a residential building, visitors are not permitted during your stay. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and tranquility of all residents.

• Need Help? The front desk staff handles general building matters. If you have any questions or needs regarding the apartment, please contact our Concierge directly—we are here to help! • Luggage: Please do not leave luggage at the front desk or in the building's common areas. Keep everything inside the apartment—this ensures greater security and keeps things organized.

• Healthy Environment: The apartment is 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the unit may result in additional charges for special cleaning.

Important Information:

• Parking: The building does not have on-site parking. If you are arriving by car, we recommend looking for street parking or nearby garages (located approximately 150 meters away on Rua Clélia).

• Care of the Apartment: Please let us know if anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay. You will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged items.

• Don't Leave Anything Behind! Before checking out, please do a final sweep of the rooms to ensure you haven't left anything behind. We cannot be held responsible for forgotten belongings.

• Noise: Please be aware that there may be noise during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM). This noise may come from renovations in other apartments within the building or from nearby construction work.

Misuse or damage to the unit may result in charges.
